Contact and preview form
Local contact and product-enquiry forms send the details you enter through Zoho Mail to info@ibmachinery.com. You can use your own email address. The message includes your contact details and enquiry so the team can respond; this local test does not save a customer record in the catalogue database. Email messages remain in the receiving mailbox. A mailto link opens your own email application. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
Form data
The form requires your name, email address, message and sending confirmation. Company and telephone are optional. The message may include the selected department and product-page identifier. There is no attachment upload. Without the required entries, submission is unavailable; direct email or telephone contact remains possible. Sending confirmation is not a marketing subscription.
Marketing and newsletters
Under the company-confirmed practices, marketing is sent to subscribers. You can unsubscribe through info@ibmachinery.com or the message’s unsubscribe link. Customers, suppliers and business contacts
The company confirms customer and supplier records in management and accounting systems, including service and repair records. Contact and transaction information supports orders, delivery, accounts and correspondence. A representative’s details may come from their employer or business partner. Retention periods
The confirmed company policy retains correspondence for up to seven years, removes unnecessary information earlier and marks an inactive account STOP after eight years. Transaction information is retained for seven years. These are company periods, not universal statutory periods in Poland. Hiding an account is not deletion. Recruitment
The company confirmed unsuccessful-application periods of twelve months for future recruitment with consent and six months without that consent. Future-recruitment consent can be withdrawn. Zoho Mail and international access
The connection uses European Zoho Mail. Zoho documentation identifies .zoho.eu as EU data-centre storage. Zoho describes processing service data on customer instructions, possible support access from India and contractual transfer safeguards. Technical providers and verification scope
Cloudflare publishes privacy terms and a data-processing addendum including transfer provisions. These do not establish IB’s particular contract, data-location settings or log retention. A complete cookie and embedded-service audit has not been performed; their absence is not asserted. The local form does not store enquiries in the catalogue database. Your rights and complaints
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@ibmachinery.com. You may complain to the President of UODO or an appropriate supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. Statutory conditions and exceptions apply. Requests are normally answered within one month. Complex or numerous requests may qualify for a two-month statutory extension, explained within the first month. Identity checks must be proportionate.

The catalogue may link to technical material, videos and other websites. Following a link connects to a separate service whose privacy information should be checked with its operator. Opening an external link does not submit the enquiry form.
Preview access
The hosted private staging website uses Cloudflare Access. The local development preview runs separately on this computer, with local form sending enabled. Hosted deployment and public form activation have not been approved. Access logs and authentication can involve IP addresses, browser information and request times.
