Catalogue information and an individual quotation
The catalogue supports model comparison and preparation of an enquiry. Model data, equipment described in source material and photographs do not replace confirmation of the specific machine and scope of supply. A source price or availability statement is not a confirmed IB Machinery quotation. Contact the company directly about the selected model.
Before an order
Before deciding, agree the machine identity, configuration, condition, price and taxes, scope of supply, transport, documentation and timing. The catalogue does not process payments or conclude contracts online. Sales, warranty and any service terms require separate agreement; this page does not establish those terms.
Activities and terms status
IB Machinery sells machinery and equipment to businesses and consumers. Confirmed payment and delivery arrangements appear below. Spare parts remain with CCC; this document does not set their sales terms.
Basis Of The Sale
Before contracting, the parties identify the machine, condition, equipment, documentation and agreed purpose. Any manufacturer guarantee follows its own document and does not replace the seller’s statutory responsibilities. There is no blanket exclusion for every defect, loss or negligent act.
Price Of The Goods
Price, taxes, transport and other charges must be agreed before contracting. Consumer prices include applicable taxes and additional charges must be disclosed. This draft does not permit unilateral post-contract price increases. Please inspect delivery and report problems promptly. Missing a three-day notification period does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Orders And Specifications
The form is for enquiries. Before order acceptance, the buyer receives the supply scope and contract conditions. Sending an enquiry does not accept a paid order.
Retained B2B proposal: a discretionary return of correctly supplied machinery with seller approval and a 15% charge if expressly agreed. This does not apply to statutory withdrawal or complaints.
Payment and B2B credit — draft
Payment is by T/T transfer. A proposed 10% credit charge is retained for review for individually agreed B2B credit. It is not automatic: its basis, calculation, timing and lawfulness must be established.
Terms Of Payment – Wholegoods
Pay by T/T to the account shown on IB Machinery’s invoice; cleared funds are required before delivery unless the individual contract and applicable law permit otherwise. No card charging applies. Agreed financing must be approved and documented before delivery. Any trade-in arrangement separately identifies condition and existing finance or encumbrances. Retention of title requires the appropriate legal form and does not override statutory risk rules.
Warranties And Liability
A voluntary guarantee for used machinery applies only where provided. Absence of a guarantee does not exclude statutory consumer conformity remedies.
Risk And Property
Consumer delivery risk follows mandatory law, not an EXW or CPT label alone. B2B delivery must specify its named place. Withdrawal or termination requires a statutory basis or valid contractual provision; the seller has no unconditional fourteen-day cancellation right.
General
Contract variations must be agreed by persons authorised under the company’s representation rules. Trade-in arrangements must identify responsibility for transport, condition and insurance until collection; the ambiguous source clause does not allocate these automatically. Mandatory rights of consumers and eligible individual business buyers prevail.
Payment and return address
Confirmed payment method: T/T bank transfer, superseding earlier card references. IB supplies account details on its invoice. Return address: IB Machinery sp. z o.o., Gęsia 8/201, 31-535 Kraków, Poland. Contact: info@ibmachinery.com, +48 739 428 364. Coordinating machinery transport does not restrict statutory withdrawal or complaint rights.
Business deliveries — draft
Unless otherwise agreed: delivery within 14 days after payment, or acceptance for agreed deferred payment. Sourced machinery has a default estimated period of 99 calendar days. Collection uses EXW; shipment CPT (Incoterms 2020), with a named place in the order. Collect within two working days of notice; give 12 hours’ advance notice. Buyer arranges unloading; the order sets charges. External impediments extend timing; beyond one month, notify the buyer and allow either party to cancel the affected portion.
B2B draft only. Mandatory consumer and protected-business rights prevail. Other liability exclusions require legal review.
Consumer complaints
Send complaints to info@ibmachinery.com or the company address. Identify the machine, problem and remedy sought; no special form is required. The seller is generally responsible for non-conformity becoming apparent within two years of delivery. Repair or replacement is available, with price reduction or termination in statutory circumstances. Consumer complaints receive a response within fourteen days; failure has the statutory consequences. A guarantee does not replace these rights.
Distance-contract withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers generally have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Certain off-premises contracts carry thirty days. Exceptions are statutory; sourcing a machine to order is not automatically an exception.
Send notice to info@ibmachinery.com or the return address. Return goods within fourteen days of notice unless the seller offers collection. Refunds follow the statutory deadline, normally fourteen days from notice, using the original payment method; statutory withholding until goods or dispatch evidence are received is possible. The cheapest standard offered delivery cost is included. No 15% charge applies to exercising this right.
The return cost for machinery unsuitable for ordinary postal return must be disclosed before contracting. No invented transport rate is imposed.
