Send the machine model or link, intended application and required equipment. Identify workspace constraints, transport requirements and expected capacity. Model-family data does not always describe an individual unit; compare the configuration in the individual quotation.
Before ordering, agree condition, scope of supply, price and taxes, documentation, handover location and timing. For a used machine, ask about service history and available operating-hour information. Finance or trade-in terms do not follow from a catalogue entry alone.
